Pre-Appointment Policies for Facial Services:

Arrival Time: Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a smooth and timely service.

Skin Preparation: For best results, avoid using any harsh exfoliants, retinoids, or any new skincare products at least 48 hours before your appointment. This helps prevent any potential irritation.

Hydration: Make sure to stay well-hydrated in the days leading up to your appointment. Well-hydrated skin responds better to facial treatments.

Sun Exposure: Avoid excessive sun exposure and wear sunscreen to protect your skin. Sunburned skin cannot be treated.

Medical Conditions & Medications: Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications you are currently taking. This information helps us tailor the treatment to your needs.

Cosmetic Procedures: Please notify us if you have recently had any cosmetic procedures such as Botox, fillers, or chemical peels. Some treatments may need to be scheduled accordingly.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
Wax Policies

Arrival Time: Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time if you're an existing client, and 10 minutes prior if you're new. Running late? No worries! Just text Dahlia at (717) 858-0238 to ensure we can still complete your service.

Brazilian Wax Services: Good hygiene is a must! If you can't cleanse before your appointment, we've got you covered.

New Client Charges: If Dahlia hasn't seen you for a Brazilian wax before, or if it's been over 6 weeks since your last visit, you'll be charged as a new client. Dahlia may adjust your appointment as needed.

Tweezing: Please refrain from tweezing before your appointment.

Periods: No need to reschedule if you're on your period—just use a tampon or menstrual cup. Keep in mind that your period might increase sensitivity and discomfort, so you can take an OTC pain relief 30 minutes before your appointment if your healthcare provider permits.

Medications: Please notify Dahlia if you're taking Accutane, Fish Oil, Antibiotics, or Retinol.
